back on track feeling good and now able to walk to work again.. I missed it! my foot that I pulled a muscle in awhile ago is now feeling a lot better, I still get the twinges but that is because it is in constant use and I have not been able to rest it like I am sure it should be... so with exercise and stretching it has been getting better, just not pushing it on the harder exercises. I have not stepped on the scale all week, I told myself to relax and weigh myself maybe every 3 days or 5.. so I don't keep my focus on the numbers on the scale. So I am feeling good.
