Well, I finally made it to my target weight! I don't even have the words to express how proud of myself I am. I'm not sure if I'll be aiming for a slightly lower target going forward or whether I'll simply focus on maintenance, but wherever my journey takes me, I can't wait to share it with all of you guys! Thank you SO much for your unwavering support and kindness all through my expedition into sobriety and health. I'm so proud to call myself a part of this community.
