I started out good on my weekend away... I ate good up until saturday night, then I ate one thing off the track of health and went down hill from there... I am back to work again tomorrow morning, and just like on the biggest loser I need to go into last chance workout mode for the next couple weeks to make my pledge for the pound for pound challenge! I am not getting on that scale tommorrow morning... I am not going to slide backwards ... I am going to try to hold off on the scale till my next weigh in on Friday. ok Jillian work me out next week,,, hard!!! :)
