Diario de dumplingirl, 15 mar. 09

Not excercising and eating those NO REGRET Bagels has really put the weight on in the past 2 days. I know it is only ounces but that really counts. I am going to excercise right now. I feel great and I am seeing my body change. I feel a lot firmer today and feel like my excercising has really helped. I guess I want to lose weight a lot faster. I am not on the biggest loser. I forgot to write in my journal that those french fries I ate were full of grease that mama cooked and they were so delicious. I have to stay away from mama's kitchen. Well off to a busy day of trying to lose this weight.

I find that I feel great in my mind. I feel happy not depressed and feel like I am making progress even though it is slow. I do live in a real world situation and am 44. Please keep going Fran you will be there and looking awesome at Jeffreys wedding.

I like your attitude, life happens and today is a new day. I also have slow progress, it is nice to have a new perspective on it. And you are right WE CAN DO IT!!!!!!! :-)

You're doing great! You're right - in the real world you can't focus on just diet/exercise 24/7 so it's going to take time - keep it up!!!
