Diario de Dufresne, 15 mar. 09

Well I lost 4 pounds this week. I am very happy about this because I have been going between 148 and 150 for weeks. However; I hope to keep it belowe 148. So we will see. I hope everyone out there is having great success with these challenges and I wish you all good luck!!!!
