Diario de dumplingirl, 14 mar. 09

I have really tried to stay with my diet. I did enjoy eating pizza today and I enjoyed myself last night. I have not excercised today but I will. My goal is to to lose this weight. I did have a little weight gain today. I know it is not sleeping right and not enough water and milk. I really need to stress those things. Too much caffeine last night also. But I am up cleaning and getting organized so I will be able to enjoy next week.
