Big loss over the past few days. Have spent minimum 4 hours a day constantly moving, getting my heart rate up and keeping it up for 30 minutes a time. Feel like this will be it for big loss for a week or so, bit must continue. My IBS is more under control and having fewer asthma attacks so that Ali e is motivation. End goal is to be beach ready for Cape Town holiday in November, as long as Covid behaves.
Don't give up. You will havr days you don't see results. You will havr days nothing seems to work. And despite doing all you can, you will have days you put on. Learn from it and move on. And keep moving.
