Massive tea over 800 cal &went over my daily goal by about 200. I was so hungry today due to my period, Tbh I’m proud I didn’t have crisps or choccy😂I made fresh garlic naan for my bf & couldn’t resist to have one myself, didn’t eat up my rice though

If you were that hungry, then your body probably really needed it. Was your body craving iron? Well done, and 800kcal for a decent evening meal sounds fine to me. Lol

Oh yes definitely, I’m glad I didn’t give into my cravings fully, as sometimes I struggle to stop. It was a lovely meal though and I did stop when I felt full so that’s good
