Had a nice coffee date with my mom and sister Cindy. Back on the food lovers. I feel so much better when I follow this program to the "t" I feel lighter and not so hungry. I just need to keep myself motivated and when I fall into depression..I need to rise above it and keep going. I have some new incentive. My husbands place of employment will pay for our own personal lifestyle coach. Maybe If I have someone "not related to me" pushing me....It will work. ;) Have an appt next week. we also get 400 dollars at the end of the quarter,if we stay on the program. If I get paid to look good then it would not be so hard. so..I am going to get paid..now what excuse can I use.. lol. I talked with a friend of mine, here on fat secret,when I asked her how she had lost 200 pounds.She said that she treated weight loss like a job. No matter how she felt, she showed up. She showed up at the grocery store to buy the right food, she showed up to track her food, she showed up to walk. She treated it as a job, she needed to be there. For herself, for her health.
