My priorities are work and money for now. Don't really have the energy for diet, at least that's how I feel. And i don't really know what to change. What step to take to get to my goal. I want to loose 1kg a week to get to my goal by the end of may. I that order I need a rigorous diet and exercise routine. Don't know how to achieve this. I have to make a plan.
