I danced to fast music for 50 minutes. It went really fast. I used small hand weights. I worked up a sweat. Afterwards I fell so good. I feel like I am lighter in my mind. I have to do this everyday. I wish that I could do this 2 times a day. Jeffrey is getting married and my goal is to be in a size 6 on his wedding day June 27th.
