I am just starting here but am no stranger to a love/hate with food. Got away from my good habits I learned due to illness. I want to get back to them and it has been a struggle to get moving again after a year of being for the most part....horizontal and exhausted. I like the challenges and adding each week to the challenges. I have found that this way is the best for me not to get overwhelmed and feel like a failure.
