I ran again. I was hydrated this time. That was awesome. Also, calves and feet still loose so way to go this morning me for stretching.

My leg muscles were tired. They wanted to run and did for a bit but had to stop and walk most of the way. It kind of felt good to feel tiredness instead of weakness so there’s that.

So glad I can put all of this here. It’s exciting to talk about but I don’t want to be that girl at work. We already have that girl. Funny thing she never loses weight.

My plan is to work details out here with you guys, stay quiet about it everywhere else and then show up hot one day.
