Yesterday was really tough. Didn't sleep well Friday night. All day knees very sore. Over did it on Friday. Barely did 10 minutes on the treadmill. 3 minutes on elliptical wiped me out. I am so far out of shape. But I knew that already. I just hate feeling this sore and out of gas. The blood thinners play a part I am sure, but that isn't all of it. Sheryl is going to the gym today, but I need to take the day off and let some of the soreness go away. Then hit it again tomorrow. Still trying to work on getting water in, and eating better. Focus right now is getting in the habit of walking, and logging my food. I haven't done that this weekend, and need to really focus on it.
