well as of today, my points have gone to 22 pts a day... I am excited because actually I have been doing 21-22 a day these past few days anyway,, and to see it is doable, is awesome. And my foot is doing better, when I exercise... when I don't it hurts... so now I make sure to walk before my heavy exercise to loosen it up... it works for me.
