My weight fluctuates between 313-327lbs. A lot of times I will have a snack and my weight blows up like a puffer fish.

Popcorn , especially if you make it yourself and don’t add extra, can be a healthy snack. Everything in moderation.

When I was in college my roommate swore to me popcorn is low in calories. My hips just swore at me! Popcorn has never liked me as much as I like it! It gives me the cold shoulder and if I try more it throws up the finger! I’m a nice lady! Why it hates me I don’t know. But it’s not all that crazy for my son either. One of his friends suggested he try an air popper! I don’t know. But if it will make popcorn smile at my son and I , it sounds good to me! Now I have to figure out how to make peanut butter my friend!!😂

if it's anything, it's probably the peanut butter. have you tried powdered peanut butter? and popcorn is a healthy high volume snack, I pop mine in the air fryer and use the 0 calorie spray butter from Walmart and the Kernel seasonings!

I think its the bread. Gluten is not a food and is toxic for all of us, no matter how tolerant we are. Wheat is a grain and should not be eaten. Make some seed crackers and have only 1 or 2 (they are very filling) and put some sugar free almond butter on. I also love popcorn, but alas, its also a no-no until I reach my goal weight. The minute I cut out wheat bread and grains, I lost a whole lot of weight. Love your sense of humour though, such a laugh.

Hang in there! You got this! I like the idea of licking the PB off the spoon. Great tip Marie. You don’t have too much more to lose...I think the body and scale rebels when getting closer to your goal. One step at a time! You go!

I switched to organic so there isn’t added sugar. And I use almond butter more often than peanut. That portion size is very small and not on top of bread or crackers.

Shrew! You are so funny 😆 Your comment about not rewarding yourself with food had me laughing 😂 Good luck with the PB control. I get abusive with almond butter 😆 we buy Trader Joe’s no salt creamy almond butter it’s so good. Some days it’s hard to measure the 2 Tbsp. Usually I have it on Wasa crackers or with an apple. No bread in house lol only on treat days lol 🤣 I have no control with bread .
