I am in my third week of atkins,and have only lost 5lbs.I am really frustrated at this point.I am not sure if I should add more veggies or more variety by adding nuts.I am drinking alot of water,and following the 11-15 of veggies,not sure I'm always getting enough fat.
I also haven't started to work out yet.Maybe I need a boost.Any ideas?
