Was finally able to swallow enough yesterday to eat a hotdog. The knots in my throat and stomach are finally letting go some. Each day will be better I know, but for now the pain for the loss of my sweet friend is almost too much to bare. It is so lonely without her...
I guess this lets me know that high stress works as a diet for me...Im 13 lbs below my goal wt. so will try to eat more for lunch today as not to lose more.
