Diario de lindsayrutter, 03 feb. 11

After being disappointed with my weigh in yesterday i thought i better do some exercise today. We went for a walk down to Fliquet Tower which is down a steep hill which meant having to walk back up a steep hill! I definately got my heart rate up, thats for sure!

So when i was bathing Ruby before bed i thought i would weigh myself to see what difference the time of day makes. I always thought i would be my least heaviest in the morning but alas this is NOT TRUE! I dont know if it was because of the exercise or because i forgot my lunch today and only had half of my friends small tuna roll but i'm back down again! I felt so bad all yesterday and today all for nothing!
80,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 17,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
