So far this week in going great. I'm not going to weigh until Friday. I don't want to spoil my good mood. The scale should go down some more, but usually when I expect it to it never does.

The scale is an imperfect measure of our progress. I know we are brainwashed into believing it is the "end all" and "be all" and I fall into that trap as much as the next person ... but we need to fight against the scale determining our moods. I'm talking as much to myself as you!! LOL!!! Hang in there ... you'll get where you want to be!!
