wish that losing weight was as easy as gaining it. I've been writing down everything I eat, exercising, and being more active. My weigh in was a little dissappointing this morning. Just didnt think it reflected the good week I had. I know I should be happy with any loss...after all its better than gaining. Didnt help that one of my friends told me she lost 5lbs this week and she's not exercising or watching what she eats :(
