On my continued journey of sobriety, I just wanted to show what a difference it can make to not only your mind, but your body as well. This is me before I got sober and then 3 weeks into sobriety. The change is absolutely remarkable and I’m so proud ☺️

you have taken the most important first step. I have seen my family struggle with addiction and its a hard thing to give it up. my father was in your shoes many years, and sadly he didn't get sober until it had already destroyed his health. Im glad to see you are taking control of this while you are still young and can make a life changing decision that will make a huge difference to adding many good years to your life.
