“Muscle Mike” is pushing me like he has never pushed and said yesterday “damn you got strong, you’re pulling weight that som these dudes struggle with” 💪🏻🔥
I stopped logging my food for a bit, weight steady around 181-183, muscles growing, I’m leaning out. Women stopping me at the gym compliment me on my workouts and transformation.
Who am I to complain about anything 😊

Yes, that balance is the only thing that’s is sustainable in the long run. Weight loss is really a mental game and your mind must be strong before your body can be strong!!! You got this; only a few pounds for you to go!
