Knee is feeling better every day, the swelling is less every day. Thank you, Lord. I do believe in the power of prayer. My calf is sore, can't figure that out. I will keep stretching it out and massaging it. So glad for a husband who prays for me every time I hurt myself. Also very glad that I can still get on my trampoline. Can't do much, but, every little bit helps. Put the support bar on so that I don't have to balance myself and gently bounce a few minutes at a time. Weird, tho, my calf always feels like it's loosening up when I get off the trampoline, but then it tightens right up again. Just gotta make sure I don't over do.
