Diario de momzonroof, 30 mar. 14

yesterday was my first day here on fatsecret, and already I can see... what's going on, although I knew what was going on before this, to actually SEE it on a page, listed and labeled and counted and accounted for... I think it will be helpful. I do fantastic all day, alllllll day, and then in the evening, after a healthy dinner, I lose my frickin' MIND. I go into a zone. I'm a zombie, from couch to kitchen, constantly grabbing more snacks, salt, and sugar... munch munch munch... I snap at my husband, he snaps at me, and munch munch munch... it's a pattern. I'm using my wellness tools during the day, I'm exercising, I get things done, projects, bills paid, cleaning... I'm hanging out with the kids, I might meditate or listen to a hypnosis video... I feel calm and centered and focused and effective during the day. Then at night all hell breaks loose. This is a pattern I can break. I've broken so many others. I can do this.
