Diario de ekinsley, 29 mar. 14

Up .2 from my low yesterday but that always happens when I hit a new low. I bump up a bit the next day and then usually in a few days I hit another low. It's been slow lately but even seeing the littlest success makes it worth it. I'm not gaining anymore which is good and I have a lot more energy. The best part is I am thinking clearer and have a better outlook. I was told last week at work that I should have been getting paid overtime since I started in November so they are going to back pay me for all of it. I had to guestimate and I was fair but it's still a very nice chunk of change which I can really use. And it makes those 60 hour weeks so worth it! It doesn't leave a lot of time for exercise but that's really no excuse. I went out walking last Saturday and Sunday. I'm hoping once the warmer weather hits I will do it at least 3 or 4 times a week. I know I should do more. I have a gym right at work but the thought of working out in front of others really doesn't appeal to me.
