Lentil Pasta 🍝 with beef sauce and salad. So I was tired of my lettuce 🥬 wrap tacos and recycled to a new meal. First time using lentil pasta it’s ok trying to adjust to a new taste 👅 I’m hungry lol

Your plate looks delicious. Have you tried chickpea pasta? I like it and green lentil a little better than the red. It is a texture thing for me.

Congratulations on portion control. I'd want at least 4 times that much pasta and then knowing me I still wouldn't be satisfied. No wonder I'm not even allowing myself pasta, bread, or sweets right now.

"A little hungry much of the time" is how I feel when I'm losing about a pound a week, so it sounds like you're in the zone. Hang in there. Nice-looking pasta. :)

Funny thing is I thought I made too much on my plate so it’s good to know others think it is a small portion. I was very nervous that I put too much on my plate! I am really trying my best to have more greens and veggies than anything else. By the way I’m gonna take the suggestion of the other pasta that has no carbs in it thanks so much for all of you all suggestions.

let me suggest use small plate. so in your mind u are eating a full dish but is small so less food

Green salad is best on the larger plate as it’s not dense so it gives the illusion of a large portion.

maybe try adding spinach or other greens and salad veggies that are more nutrient dense. it always helps when I fill up on veggies with a bit of other stuff for variety.
