I only weight myself one a week. I used to it everyday and felt awful when it goes up and tend to eat treats to make me feel better. I am an emotional eater 😔

Sometimes the scales are affected by the weather. Or magic spells perhaps. Ignore the nonsense and just record a weight somewhere in the middle.

It happened to me and it can be confusing and defeating but it could be water weight or muscle gain. It soon came off. Just hang in there, have patience and never give up!
