Forever reddd, it is very easy! If you have a food processor, grind 4 ounces of dry chickpeas, and add that to a pot with 4 cups of water, half an onion, 3 carrots and a couple of cloves of garlic, all minced. Boil for 30 minutes, then add salt, paprika, turmeric, nutmeg, and olive oil to taste, and blend everything together. It makes around 6 servings.
I’m sure it also works with canned chickpeas, adjusting water and proportions.
My food processor cooks and mixes, it is really easy and quick!

Gattica, I’ll try with jalapeños next time! I usually put lime too, but this time I used some marinated artichokes and they were so vinegary that I didn’t dare!!
