I'm finding hard to up my protein without upping my carbs. I cant bring myself to eat meat without veg on the side! Having steak tonight, do i just eat a very little amount of veg (salad and brocoli) and no potatoes? hmmmm, its going well though and its getting much easier eating less. I have found the courage to say no to all the offers of biscuits and cake so far.
