Had a very large bump in wt. since yesterday. Will be writing down foods today to see what went wrong...havent walked in a very long time. No excuse except being lazy! I will do what ever is necessary not to regain any of my wt. Have a horrible cold and feel really bad today. Immune system must be down and out, although my outlook on life isnt. Today offers so many new and wonderful possibilities!
