I fell and just kept on falling. Did not want to go to weigh in tonight. It is terrible when you are happy with a 5 pound weight gain, but was expecting a bigger gain.
Starting over again tomorrow. Have to find the resolve to get back on the wagon.
I do like my smaller size clothes- so back to work.
