Yeaaaaa! 27 down and 37 to go. I am progressing to the 1/2 way point in 10 more pounds. A mental review notes that I have felt hunger in the past few months. Sometimes for a short while, sometimes for a few hours and sometimes on rare occasions for a couple of days. And yet this is not the most pain I have ever felt nor the sharpest. Sometimes when I have been tired of feeling the hunger and no small snack is making it go away a strenuous activity will help. If not, then going to sleep and waiting for the next day does the trick. I am flexing my persistence muscles when I win over the hunger. J
