Trying for more fat today, a bit less protein and am thinking of keeping total carbs under 20 and then slowly raising them if I keep losing. If Stef can do it then I can too!
The earth has been far too still lately so am expecting a good sized quake today. It's overdue! LOL.
Am going to try to be more motivated today, exercise wise and also with housework and my designing. Yesterday was such a nothing got done day LOL
