ok I am actually setting a small goal for myself :) I started the 30 day shred DVD four days ago and so if it does what it claims and I do what I am suppose to to reach that I am setting a goal for me to lose 5 lbs by Friday.... I hope that isn't to much to ask of myself ...

That's a lot of weight by Friday. But it is a great workout and if you do it faithfully for a month and measure youself, you will see a big difference in inches (with healthy eating of course). How much weight you lose depends on your body and lots of other facotrs. Great job on the exercise.
