Crap. I love going on vacation and getting a break from the kids, but it really does kill my diet. Instead of leaving the house with a set amount of food, so I can't binge or eat during the week, I've been stuck in the apartment almost every day this week. It's been snowing and wet and the roads have been really dangerous, so walking outside just has not been an option. My goal right now is just to get back on track and work on setting up some sort of system for when our next vacation comes (it will be warmer out by then, so that will help) so that I don't completely fall off the wagon again...
