Motivation Boost today!!! Yeeeeaaah!!!
I did home office today, and had some spare time for myself in the afternoon. For some reason, I suddenly decided to try some new clothes that I bought; some of them last year summer, and some others 2 months ago. The clothes are brand new as I was unable to use them - the dresses wouldn't even close, the shirts wouldn't go below my belly, and the jeans... well I'll spare the details there - you all know that feeling of forcing some jeans into the legs or hips, right?
Well, surprise surprise!! ALL of these clothes fit now! This feeling of looking at the mirror and seeing that I can wear them without forcing them into my body... I was just so happy, so proud of myself, so determined to keep going so they fit even better!
I don't know about you guys, but to me it happens that some days I look at myself in the mirror and I'm like 'heey, you! you are getting slim!' and some other days I'm rather like 'nope...not even close yet'. But clothes don't lie, especially new ones! and they told me that I'm in good track, and that I MUST keep doing what I'm doing because obviously, I'm doing it right.
I thought about sharing my happiness with you, and giving you the advice so you dare to try those clothes that you have been keeping, waiting for that day when you can wear them again... It is totally worth it.
Forgot to add: That motivation made me stand up and try again today with the trampoline :) this time I managed to do half of the session!
