Weighed in yesterday. The weight is coming off slower now. I will will still take the one pound a week because it is so much better than a gain. I just need to step it up. I am going to exercise more and make more of my calories low fat meats and vegetables.

I am getting a lot of compliments as to how I look. I am on the last notch of my 2nd belt so I can move down to the smallest belt I bought. Bob was smart when he recommended that I buy the belts to overlap by a notch. I started out in pants that were size 26W or 24W and now the Gap jeans that I bought at Christmas, size 20 no W, are baggy. A couple more pounds and I should be able to get into the size 18 (no W) that I bought then too. They fight now, just tighter than I want to wear.

I did buy a pair of Capri pants that were size 16W. That W makes a world of difference. However, I don't want to have to wear that W any more. I have bought all new tops. Regular sizes large and X-large. No women's sizes there either. That was a success story in itself. It's been years since I was able to have more clothes fit that I took into the dressing room than didn't fit. Luckily it was all at Bealls Clearance and everything was 70% off. That is definitely worth a return trip on my road to a smaller me.

Sounds like you are doing great. I love that feeling when clothes that were tight, are not so tight anymore, its such a huge reward. I received a $100 gift card to my fave clothing store over x-mas. I am happy there is no expiry date, because I am hoping to wait till the spring, say April? And go out and buy some new (hopefully much smaller) clothes. You are doing awesome! Such an inspiration of what hard work and eating right can do!
