Today was not a good calorie day... I'm already up to 1200, so if I snack tonight I'm going to eat veggies... try to keep it low. I am super sore from our hike yesterday. We did a geocache hike that was 2.28miles round trip, basically 1.14 miles UP and 1.14 down. And with a big dog like Spencer, my arms and pecs are strained from holding him back because he gets so excited to explore. So, I think tonight either, if my Wii Active game lets me, I'll finish up my 3 week challenge. If not, I'll start the 9 week challenge. It probably won't be a long workout. But I was very active this weekend, hiking and I classified our sledding/snowboarding as hiking because it was just on a hill on the property, but I really got a workout I think... So, yeah. I have just not been feeling good lately. I'm very blah. I think it's just the middle of winter blues. Also, really broke with money and have expenses, it's just all in all, stressful. Trying not to eat in order to deal with stress but damn it's hard.
