Well I don't know what to think about this bouncy ball weight issues. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and it flares up when it wants too. It can knock me on my A##. My weight was doing great and then Thursday, BLAM weight gain and lots of pain and inflamation in eyes etc. I am assuming the weight gain is from the Rheumatoid inflamation, but its still discouraging. Im hoping my new diet is not affecting my Rheumatoid. Rheumatoid arthritis causes inflamation in body organs as well and joints. If anybody might have any suggestions I'm all ears.

Don't know for sure, but I have osteoarthritis and getting the sugar out of my system was all I needed to feel better. Before I started on Atkins there were days when I could barely get out of bed. Daily pain, trouble walking and painkillers. After 2 weeks I was almost pain free and being able to get around was no longer an issue. I would look up on one of the medical sites like (Web MD) if dietary changes can affect Rheumatoid arthritis? I will check out some sites on the web and see if I can come up with anything.

Thank you. I found out wheat causes inflamation among many other foods.
