We went out to dinner Friday night. I was conscious of the fact that I would have to be honest about what I ate in this journal. We had barbecue and I stopped when I was full. In addition to pulled pork with bbq sauce, I avoided all breads but did snitch a few sweet potato fries. Also we drank beer, which is not on my diet but even with two beers I am under the calorie limit for the day. Filled up on collard greens. I also snitched a bite or two of bourbon pecan cake and that was enough to satisfy rather than eating the whole thing.
