I'm finding that I'm not as hungry as I used to be. Emotional? Probably. A bad habit of eating too much? Most definitely! I am nearly 10 lbs less today than I was on February 1. I wouldn't mind being down 15 lbs solidly by the end of February! Personal challenge is one I can 100% stick to. I won't give up my coffee - not this go around! I gave up smoking, drinking, and now I'm working on the over-eating and emotional eating problem. One FLAW at a time! Probably will never give up my coffee.....
