Throat is better but sinuses are in hell.
Tried on a pair of cut-small size 14's and I cannot button them yet..(boooooo), but it's okay because they confirmed what I suspected...while my stomach requires a size 16 still, my hips and butt are definitely a size 14 already lol. Progress! Even my 16s look so small, and every time I pull them out of my drawer, I think "These are so small..I'll never be able to fit in those." And I do, every time. It's like I have to tell myself daily..."yes, those look small. But they DO fit." It's like my brain hasnt completely caught up to my body yet...I KNOW I've lost 63lbs..I KNOW I can comfortably wear a 16 no problem..but I still have trouble when I pull out a pair of pants and they look so small compared to my old ones. Does that make sense to anyone?
I am waiting until Sunday to weigh in this week, due to my period and being sick...I am confident I will see 199 at the very least, and if I see 198, I will make the 65lbs lost milestone. And hey, at 197, I will have lost 66lbs and 25.1% of my body weight.
Best thing about making so many small goals...when I meet one, I feel very good about the remainder of my journey to health and weight loss. :)

Sometimes its hard to believe we can be smaller after seeing ourselves bigger for so long. Your on a great path, keep up the good work.

Thanks! Yea, I was a 22 when I started this right at 7months ago..it seems unreal. Last week, I saw someone outside in the office next to ours..I waved-- and it was my reflection. I didnt recognize myself right away and it was only when I waved that I realized and saw it WAS me. Weird feeling. lol

Yes - it makes sense but don't let it upset you... that's what I tell myself now. Every cut is different and I wear size 2 in something's and size 12 in others... 14 is comfy and doesn't fall down... it's all in the cut.

Lol on the waving at yourself, that is awesome! Those are some great milestones to be so close to! I carry most of my weight in the tummy, and a nice tire, but smaller bum and thighs, so I totally get what you mean by fitting them except in the belly. Sounds like you'll fit them in no time!

I celebrate all kinds of little milestones :)
Keeps me excited about the next thing thats "only" 2lbs, or 3lbs or 5lbs away! Also, when I had 98lbs to lose especially, it made it not seem so overwhelming :)
Thanks everyone!

Go 14s!!! I have the opposite body shape problem as you: My waist and tummy fit a smaller size but my thighs still need a size larger. Of course, I'm sure this will be the last body part I have to lose fat. Ha ha! Congrats on your many, many small successes that have brought you to this point!

I know it's gonna be the belly for me...and I really shouldnt complain too much about it..I lost 12 inches off it since the end of July. It's just been so slow to go....it still feels too big for the rest of my body.
