Was out of commission for this week so far, due to strep throat. Didnt think it would be wise to try and workout with all that going on, plus its that "time of the month"..still hoping to see that "1" at my weigh in on Sunday, but being sick definitely have derailed me a little this week.

Will see what happens when I weigh on Sunday.

Sick people drop a lot of weight when they recover .. you'll probably see that "1"!

I'm hoping when the water weight I'm holding because of my period goes and I am feeling better that I will see a 2lbs loss, if not a 3lb at this Sunday's weigh in!
