If you don't make yourself a priority no one else will. Yes, working out is an important part of the plan. However eating right is the number one part of the plan. Don't let little setbacks keep you from eating right. On days that you can't get to the gym try doing something at home. There are a bunch of good DVD workouts available. You could borrow some from the library and try them out...even get the kids involved! You need to make getting healthy a top priority. It will not only benefit you, it will make you a better Mom in the long run (a healthy and happy one!). I know that it is easy to get discouraged when the scale doesn't move for a few days, but don't do it!! Make sure that you are logging everything that you eat. That way if a week goes by without a loss you can review what you have been eating and see if you added something that may have caused you to stall. You have lost 25 pounds in less than a month so your body is probably putting on the brakes for a few days, don't let it get you down. When you get down about it that makes it so much easier to let yourself get off track. Keep up the good work and it WILL pay off.
