Today is my youngest 5th birthday! We celebrated yesterday with her favorite foods, pancakes and pizza along with cake and ice cream. Not a lot of movement overall and of course I enjoyed the day with her playing card games and with her gifts that she received. It could be worse I could be beating myself up for enjoying her day with her with this gain but I know with getting back to eating and working out like I normally do that this will pass. And my belly is so not happy with how we ate yesterday either, so there’s also that.
