having a blah day today... not feeling well, which is not surpriseing being I work with kids all day who go to school even when they should be home in bed!,, so eating has not been my best today, as of this point I am still ok on points, but food choices have been not to healthy. I hope to get to bed earlier tonight so that I can get some rest before tomorrows fiasco....

Hope you're feeling better today!! Thanks for that challenge yesterday. It came at a perfect time. It's actually easier to do crunches on those slanted boards cuz it hold your feet down. My abs are a little sore today even!
