Well done if you press on each value it will show you graphs for each item and if you have entered your age height & weight into the settings section it works your BMI out 

BMI is your body mass index which works out which category you fall into. The Visceral fat is the amount of fat on your internal organs and the rest are self explanatory, if you are not sure on each of their meanings just google each heading for a breakdown .

What brand of scales did you go for? 

The BMI and weight are probably the two most reliable informations in all this. I don't think any scale is able to "measure" how much bone, muscle and fat in your body as if it were scanning you with some kind of X-ray. I other words, two people with the same height and weight will obtain the same result even if one has mostly fat while the other has mostly muscle. I think that part is more up to your own judgement.

If your scales are Renpho make like mine they have 2x round metal contacts on each side where you place the ball of your feet & heels and all data is calculated through a very small safe electric current which you don't notice and it is able to work out the other data apart from weight and your BMI is calculated from your age and height that you put in the app. There was a review on my version from a medical technician saying how accurate it was as compared to similar results carried out in the laboratory at working out bone mass and other factors through electrolysis and its probably the same type of scale as yours. 

It’s called KAMTRON I bought it on Amazon and yes it has the metal circles that give you all these bits of info. It’s been great. It has slowed down my weight from my last (unreliable scale) but I least I k ow my correct weight.  

I am amazed how much they have come down in price, once house project complete I am definitely going to get one.
