So I found out the other day I have PCOS, polycystic ovarian syndrome, which of course, makes me insulin resistance. I had allocated myself about 50g of carbs a day and I’m now thinking of cutting that even more? I know Pcos can be a response to gaining a lot of weight, and my family history puts me at risk for diabetes... but if anyone happens to have any advice for pcos diets, I would love to hear it?!
