Diario de waywaychuck, 25 feb. 21

So I found out the other day I have PCOS, polycystic ovarian syndrome, which of course, makes me insulin resistance. I had allocated myself about 50g of carbs a day and I’m now thinking of cutting that even more? I know Pcos can be a response to gaining a lot of weight, and my family history puts me at risk for diabetes... but if anyone happens to have any
advice for pcos diets, I would love to hear it?!

Wow. That’s a tough one. You’ll get a lot of theories from all the different diet camps and perspectives for sure. If I were you and based on your history I think I would follow diabetic diet rules. If insulin resistance is an issue then you’re catching both. Do what’s right for you. Good luck.
