Weeeeellllll.....Last night was the first time in the gym...ever! I gotta say I freaking loved it, it sucked and it was hard work but I gotta say I loved the burn. I love that my muscles are sore from my workout and that I'm just melting the calories away. I'm gonna go every morning right when I wake up then drink a recovery shake afterwards, I'm thinking every other day will be a tough sweat workout then the rest of the days will be just a nice workout to get my HR up. Love the gym, can't wait to go tomorrow morning and burn off some fat <3
